This policy explains what personal data Fastplay collects, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is Duelset Inc. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Name and email you enter, so we can send your setup report and build.
• PC and connection details from the scan: games, CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version, laptop or desktop, monitor refresh, connection type and speed test results. Some are read by your browser, the rest you type in. We use them to make your build.
• Order and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser info, handled by our hosting and security provider when you visit.

Why and on what basis

• To make and deliver your build and answer support requests (performing our contract with you).
• To send Fastplay emails, only if you ticked the consent box (your consent, which you can withdraw anytime with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us).
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal and tax duties (legitimate interest and legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run Fastplay: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security and data storage) and our email provider (sending build and Fastplay emails). We don't sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and local storage

We use what's needed to run the site and checkout. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Only if you click Accept, we load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure our ads: it records page views, when you start checkout and completed purchases (order value in USD), and Meta may set its own cookies. If you decline or don't choose, the Meta Pixel is never loaded. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Scan data is deleted automatically after 90 days. Order records are kept as long as needed for support and as required by tax law. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
