These terms apply when you use fastplay.gg and buy a Fastplay build. Fastplay is run by Duelset Inc. By placing an order you agree to them.
A Fastplay build is a digital file that changes Windows settings on your PC, made for the setup you describe in the scan. It does not modify game files, does not run in the background as a program and is not a cheat. Results depend on your hardware, software and connection, so we can't promise a specific gain in FPS, latency or wins.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. It's a one-time purchase with no subscription. Standard delivery is 2–3 days by email; Priority delivery is faster where offered.
Every Fastplay build is created for the specific PC setup you give us in the scan. Building starts as soon as your payment goes through.
Your build is made to order and starts right away, so it can't be refunded. If something doesn't work, message us and we'll fix it with you. At checkout you explicitly agree that we start building right away and that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result (this applies to EU and UK customers under the rules for digital content supplied immediately).
If your build doesn't arrive, won't apply, or something feels off after applying it, contact [email protected] with your order email. We'll look into it and help until it's sorted, including sending a corrected file if the issue is on our side.
Fastplay builds only change Windows settings. Before applying, create a Windows restore point (press Windows, type “Create a restore point”, click Create). That's how you roll your PC back to how it was. We're not responsible for changes made without a restore point.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer every message and want to sort it out with you directly.
Your build is for your own PC. Please don't resell or redistribute it. Fastplay is not affiliated with any game publisher; game names belong to their owners.
You apply the build at your own choice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
